Podium is looking for an Expansion Account Manager in Melbourne to drive growth within our existing customer base. You will work with two CSMs to execute growth and retention plans, lead expansion across the product suite, and uncover opportunities within current accounts.
You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, maintain forecasts, and ensure successful onboarding for recent customers in your pod, delivering ROI across Podium’s suite of services.
