An exciting chance is available for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the build and delivery of a major enterprise Case Management System implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the build and delivery of an enterprise Case Management System implementation.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, budget, resources, schedule, risks and dependencies.
- Establish effective Agile delivery practices, governance, reporting and team operating rhythms.
- Lead cross-functional business, technology and vendor teams to achieve key milestones.
- Manage SaaS vendors and delivery partners, including performance, contracts, variations and commercial negotiations.

Key Skills and Experience





- Senior experience working as a Senior Project Manager
- Previous experience implementing enterprise case management systems or comparable business platforms.
- Strong Agile delivery experience, with the ability to apply hybrid or waterfall approaches where appropriate.
- Demonstrated vendor management experience involving SaaS providers, system integrators or external delivery partners.
- Experience working within government, the public sector or a highly regulated environment.
