Mercer is seeking a Senior Incident Manager to join our Operations team in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide. The role is hybrid with a requirement to work at least three days a week in the office.

You will lead end-to-end incident handling, perform root-cause analysis, oversee remediation, and coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and Technology. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial services, knowledge of Superannuation/Insurance in Super, and solid stakeholder management.
