Swissport Melbourne is seeking an experienced Passenger Service Manager to lead end-to-end passenger services across a portfolio of airline clients. You will steer duty managers and a large rostered workforce in a rapid-paced 24/7 airport environment, ensuring safe, compliant and commercially effective delivery of passenger services.

You will own performance against Ground Handling Agreements and SLAs while strengthening relationships with airline clients and internal stakeholders.
