The role

This is a true client-facing leadership role where you'll take ownership of your own portfolio while mentoring and developing a high-performing team.

Your responsibilities will include:





Managing a diverse portfolio of business clients across a range of industries

Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and compliance work

Delivering proactive tax planning and strategic business advice

Providing Virtual CFO and commercial advisory services

Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and acting as their trusted adviser

Mentoring, coaching and reviewing the work of junior accountants

Working closely with the Partners on complex advisory projects and client growth opportunities

About you

You'll be an experienced Business Services Manager who enjoys building relationships, developing people and delivering exceptional client service.

You'll bring:

CA or CPA qualification

Experience managing a client portfolio within a public practice accounting firm

Strong technical knowledge across business services and taxation

Experience reviewing work and mentoring accountants

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive, commercial mindset with a genuine passion for helping clients succeed

Leadership aspirations and the drive to progress to Associate
