We are partnering with a well-established Australian manufacturer specialising in high-quality plastic packaging solutions within the food and beverage industry.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking reliable Packers for a short-term assignment (1–3 months) in a fast-paced food-plastics manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are available to commit to consistent weekday work and can support production operations during this period.

SHIFT AVAILABLE & RATE

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Monday – Friday

Pay Rate: $35.43/hour + super | $44.71/hour + super

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Pack PET and HDPE bottles, containers, caps, and lids from the production line.




- Inspect finished products for quality issues and ensure products meet standards.
- Pack products into cartons, seal boxes, and palletise finished goods.
- Maintain a clean and safe production area.
- Remove excess plastic scrap and support general production duties.
- Assist the production team to meet daily targets.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Previous experience in packing, production, or manufacturing is highly regarded.
- Reliable and available to work Monday to Friday.
- Ability to commit to a short-term assignment of 1–3 months.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
- Reliable transport.
- Good communication skills and a positive team attitude.
