We are looking for aLegal Assistantto join our busy practice in our newly renovated office in Melbourne CBD.

What does the role involve?

- Liaising with clients and staff on day to day matters
- Diary management
- Collating disclosure and preparing briefs to Counsel
- Opening, maintaining and closing files
- Time recording and billing
- PEXA property settlements
- Other administrative tasks

Who are we looking for?

- You will have excellent communication and client service skills




- Be motivated and highly organised
- Have a confident, professional approach
- Work well within a team environment
