Responsibilities:





- Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times, ensuring a skilled manner when interacting with residents, their representatives, and team members.
- Provide residents with quality personal care including support with personal hygiene, mobility, dining, communication and leisure and lifestyle activities.
- Prioritise workload in consultation with RN/EN and work independently or as a team.
- Accurately observe, document, and report changes in residents' physical and behavioural conditions.

Requirements:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or similar Certificate III or higher qualification.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid and current Police Certificate.
- Experience in person-centered support and a willingness to undertake ongoing training.
- Demonstrated up-to-date knowledge and skills in contemporary aged care services.
- An understanding of infection control, WHS and safe work practices.
