This is not a traditional Delivery Manager role. We're looking for someone who combines strong delivery leadership with a genuine background in data and technology. You'll be responsible for leading the delivery of a portfolio of enterprise data, analytics and AI initiatives while managing technical teams and partnering with senior stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities:

You'll oversee the successful delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives ranging from data platform enhancements and enterprise reporting programs through to machine learning and AI-driven products.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple data and AI initiatives
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resourcing
- Lead and mentor engineers and technical specialists
- Drive delivery excellence across a complex matrix environment
- Partner with senior technology and business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes
- Manage risks, dependencies and delivery roadmaps across multiple workstreams
- Support capability uplift and foster a high-performing team culture
- Balance commercial outcomes with technical delivery considerations

Skills we are looking for:

- Experience delivering large-scale data, analytics or AI initiatives
- A strong understanding of modern data platforms and engineering practices
- Previous leadership experience managing technical teams
- Proven success delivering complex technology programs in agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience operating within large, matrixed organisations
- Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and delivery outcomes
