About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a 5+ PQECorporate/Commercial Lawyer to work as part of our collegiate andhighly regarded commercial healthcare team led by LucilleScomazzon, Aaron Kloczko and Angela Wood, Australia’s leadinglawyers in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate willhave solid experience in the areas of M&A; as well as generalcommercial advice work. Experience in the healthcare sectoris not essential but the candidate will have an interest in beingpart of, and contributing to, a sector facing team.

About you

Ideally you will have:

- 5+ years PQE experience in a corporate or commercial teamin private practice
- Have a client-focused approach with a keen interest inunderstanding the sector’s commercial and regulatorydrivers
- Have the ability to demonstrate exceptional drafting skillsand an eye for detail
- Be an independent thinker, comfortable with learning newconcepts quickly.
