We’re seeking warm, grounded and passionate Wellness Assistants to join our SAINT HAVEN Collingwood team. This is a casual opportunity for someone who genuinely cares about wellbeing and creating exceptional member experiences.

The Role

As a Wellness Assistant, you will:

- Welcome members and deliver warm, personalised service.
- Guide members safely through advanced wellness treatments, including cryotherapy, red light therapy, PEMF and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
- Educate members on our treatments, services and retail products.
- Support members throughout their wellness and recovery journey.
- Maintain a calm, pristine and beautifully presented environment.
- Follow all health,



safety and operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a seamless six‑star experience.

What You Bring

- Experience in wellness, spa, fitness, healthcare or luxury hospitality.
- A natural warmth and genuine passion for health and wellbeing.
- Confident communication and exceptional attention to detail.
- A professional, member‑focused approach.
- Availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays is essential.
