Community Accessability in Victoria is seeking a Quality & Clinical Governance Lead to drive the transition to Support at Home and establish governance, risk and quality frameworks for aged care services.

Reporting to the Risk, Systems & Compliance Manager and the Aged Care Services Manager, you will lead clinical governance, audits, incident management and compliance activities while embedding person-centred service delivery across the organisation.
