Victorian Bone and Joint Specialist – Fitzroy VIC

Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Travel between our Fitzroy and Knox rooms (non-negotiable).

Manage check-in and check-out processes and update patient details.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently and courteously.

Prepare and maintain patient files and documentation accurately.

Provide administrative support to the practice management and clinical team.

Manage operating lists, theatre bookings, and surgical waitlists

informed financial consent, and prosthesis approvals

Coordinate pre-operative requirements (imaging, pathology, clearances, pre-admission clinics)

About You

Previous experience in a medical, or allied health reception role (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





Strong organisational and multitasking ability.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach.

Computer literacy and willingness to learn new medical software.

Ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion.
