As a Senior Commercial Manager within our Health Partnerships & Networks team,you'lllead high-impact commercial initiatives across Medibank's provider network, driving innovative funding models, commercial optimisation opportunities, and data-driven decision-makingthatsupportsbetter healthcare outcomes for our members.

Working across a range ofinitiatives,you'llbring togethercommercial acumen, data-driveninsightsand stakeholder engagement to develop innovative funding solutionsandsupport complex negotiations to help deliver creative and sustainable healthcare solutions.

This is a highly visible role thatprovidesthe opportunity to influence senior leaders, contribute to strategic decision-making and help shape the future of healthcare delivery in Australia.

Your impact:

In this role, you will:

- Lead strategic commercial initiatives that support Medibank's healthcare partnership and funding objectives.
- Develop commercial models,insightsand recommendations to inform business decisions and improve outcomes for members.
- Partner with teams across Analytics, Finance, Actuarial, Legal and Healthcare Funding to solve complex business challenges.
- Use market intelligence,dataand industry insights toidentifyopportunities,risksand emerging trends across the healthcare sector.
- Support provider partnership strategies through commercial analysis, negotiationsupportand performance reporting.
- Prepare clear and compelling reports, business cases and recommendations for senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

We'reinterested in the skills and strengthsyou'llbring to the role. You may have gained these in healthcare, consulting, finance, strategy,analyticsor another related environment.

Some of the capabilities that will help you thrive include:

- Minimum 5years experienceanddemonstratedachievements in complex business modelling and other quantitative analyses (e.g. forecasting, scenario modelling etc.).
- Experience using data and analysis to solve complex business problems.
- Confidence building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to simplify complex information and communicate clear recommendations.Experience balancing multiple priorities and delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity, soundjudgementand a proactive approach toidentifyingopportunities for improvement.
- Experience working within healthcare, health insurance,consultingor a regulated industry will be highly regarded.
- Experience with private hospital funding models,hospitalcontracting, or healthcare reimbursement frameworks will be highly regarded.
