Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation and incentive design across our global teams. You will partner with C-level executives, the HR Director, and Finance to drive data-backed decisions and scalable reward frameworks.
We expect end-to-end budgeting, scenario modeling, grading and job architecture initiatives, and advanced analytics to measure ROI and business impact. LTI expertise is preferred but not mandatory.
