Harmony Living Community Services is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team across the Sydney metropolitan area.

We are looking for people who are passionate about supporting others to live independently, achieve their goals, and enjoy meaningful community participation. Previous experience in the disability sector is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.

About the Role

- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities where required.
- Supporting participants with community access, including shopping, appointments, movies, beach walks, concerts, and other social outings.
- Encouraging independence while promoting choice, dignity, and inclusion.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with participants, families, and the wider support team.
- Providing a secure, respectful, and positive environment for participants at all times.

Shifts Available

- Morning shifts
- Afternoon and evening shifts
- Overnight (sleepover and active overnight) shifts

About You

- Be approximately 25–45 years of age (preferred).




- Have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be compassionate, patient, and genuinely committed to improving the lives of others.
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy bringing laughter, encouragement, and confidence to those you support.
- Be reliable, observant, and able to remain attentive throughout your shift, particularly during overnight supports.
- Be willing to undertake mandatory training and continuously develop your skills.
