Peppergreen Farm, in partnership with WISE Employment, is hiring a Training and Support Supervisor in Bendigo. The role oversees training and support for Supported Employees living with disability within Garden/Nursery and Grounds Maintenance teams.

You will supervise tasks, coach staff, and ensure safety and quality in a dynamic setting. This position involves outdoor work, manual labour, and travel outside Bendigo as needed.
