We're on the lookout for an experienced recruiter who's confident in engaging new clients and candidates, has solid negotiation skills, and is eager to work in Brisbane's booming civil industry. Your Role as a Recruiter:

- Recruit for White Collar appointments
- Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives
- Conduct market mapping and source potential leads to drive new business
- Develop lasting client and candidate relationships, supported by Stellar’s extensive network
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a dynamic,



high-energy team where your efforts are truly valued and rewarded

Skills & Experience:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment role.
- Tertiary qualification in HR, business or psychology (Desirable)
- Sound judgement, decision making and problem solving capability
- Desire to be part of and contribute towards a great team culture
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
- Intermediate skill level across Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to plan ahead
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
- Strong attention to detail
