About the Role As Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients while supporting the continued growth of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of business advisory and tax clients
- Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and compliance work
- Delivering tax planning, business structuring and strategic advisory solutions
- Managing workflow and ensuring client deadlines are achieved
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Coaching and mentoring junior accountants
- Working closely with one of the firm's Partners to deliver exceptional client outcomes and contribute to the ongoing growth of the firm.
