Highland Property is seeking an In-House Recruiter to attract, engage and develop top talent across the business. The role partners with the Head of People & Culture to recruit high-performing professionals, build talent pipelines and proactively approach top talent in the market.
The role is based primarily in Double Bay, with Monday (and possibly Tuesday) in Cronulla, and occasional travel to other Highland offices. A highly relationship-driven position in a growing real estate group.
