We have a diverse client base across a broad range of industries, including construction, professional services, wineries, retail, real estate, property, investment, primary production and farming.

Our client portfolio consists of established Canberra businesses with a significant commercial presence.

MA Advisory Co has grown almost entirely through referrals, with new clients joining us on a weekly basis. We carefully vet every prospective client to ensure they are the right fit for our firm and share our values. Put simply, we have a strict "REDACTED" policy. We believe the best client relationships are built on mutual respect, honesty and professionalism.

We are looking to hire a Senior Accountant/Manager who can prepare compliance work to a high standard, requiring minimal review and supervision.

We're seeking someone who enjoys building robust client relationships, providing proactive advice and delivering exceptional service.





The practice has a robust and streamlined workpaper system designed to minimise compliance time, allowing our team to focus on adding value through effective tax strategies and providing clients with meaningful business insights.

The successful candidate will have a high level of access to our practice management systems—without having to wait for administrative staff to update data. They will also be able to incorporate companies, establish trusts using our corporate software, and work directly with clients on a day-to-day basis.

We operate on fixed-fee engagements with no timesheets.

The practice is built on an Apple and Google ecosystem.

A KPI-based bonus scheme will be offered (details to be discussed with the successful candidate).

Required:

2 years experience
