Your responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end management of approximately 110 residential properties
- Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
- Managing rental arrears and tenant communication




- Coordinating maintenance and working closely with contractors
- Processing applications, leasing and tenant onboarding
- Trust accounting and receipting
- Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords
- Ensuring compliance with Queensland residential tenancy legislation

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience managing a residential portfolio from start to finish
- Confidence managing arrears, maintenance and trust accounting
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Experience using Ailo CRM (highly regarded but not essential)
- Current Queensland Certificate of Registration
- Current driver's licence
