About the role

We are looking for a skilled Applications Analyst to join our Information and Digital team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing and maintaining technology solutions that enhance our enterprise Property and Facility systems. Your contributions will support various areas, including Property Portfolio Management, Capital Works, Property Facilities Management, and Property Development.

What you'll do

- Provide support for the enterprise systems related to Property and Facility management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in applications analysis or a related field.




- Strong understanding of Property and Facility management systems.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline.

Nice to have

- Experience with cloud-based applications and services.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Skills & tools

- Proficient in system analysis and design.
- Knowledge of database management and reporting tools.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
