We are seeking a friendly and skilled Administration Office Support to join our team at CPM Fabrications in Thomastown, VIC. This role will start as casual with the view to move permanent after a 3 month trial period.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to the office, including data entry, filing, and document management

Handling incoming phone calls and email inquiries with excellent customer service

Assisting with various office tasks and projects as needed ie. set up job files

Accounts Receivable

Accounts Payable

Payroll

What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using office equipment and computer software

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask





Experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
