Open 7 days a week (8AM–9PM weekdays, 9AM–7PM weekends), we’re committed to delivering exceptional service and personalised care to support the health and wellbeing of our local community.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a Full-Time basis. You’ll be an integral part of our pharmacy operations—supporting customers, maintaining stock, and assisting with dispensary processes.

This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, keen to learn, and looking to grow their career in community pharmacy. You'll work alongside a supportive team and gain valuable experience, with opportunities for progression into roles such as Dispensary Technician, and access to additional training as it becomes available.

Regular Shifts

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, professional customer service and healthcare advice
- Assist customers with general product and medication enquiries
- Conduct over-the-counter sales and product recommendations
- Operate point-of-sale systems (FRED POS)
- Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels




- Support dispensary staff with prescription in/out and order fulfilment
- Assist with medication deliveries as required
- Follow instructions from the Retail Manager and Pharmacist on duty

What You’ll Bring

- A valid Australian driver’s licence with a valuable driving record
- Prior Community Pharmacy experience
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy products and services
- Familiarity with FRED POS (highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and time management
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus qualifications

- S2 & S3 training
- Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy (highly regarded)
