About the role

Smile Studio Ballarat (Alfredton) is looking for an experienced associate dentist ready to put down roots in Ballarat. This is a chance to practise the full scope of dentistry — including surgical and complex work — in a genuinely well-equipped, well-supported clinic, with busy books from day one and the lifestyle of one of regional Victoria's best cities. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career and a life here, not just take a job.

The clinical environment — equipped to do serious dentistry

This is a practice set up to let you take on the cases most clinics refer away:

- Weekly general anaesthetic lists in a fully equipped GA theatre.
- A real surgical setup — PRF for high-quality surgical and implant work, piezosurgery, and CBCT for planning and diagnostics.
- Major implant systems held on consignment — work across leading systems with stock on hand, rather than being locked to a single brand.
- A fully digital workflow — multiple intraoral scanners (CEREC, TRIOS, and a dedicated scanner for our digital denture protocol).
- Rotary endodontics and modern equipment throughout.




- A treatment coordinator and well-trained support staff — so your time goes on dentistry, not administration.

Who we’re looking for

- Registered as a dentist with AHPRA
- A few years' experience, confident across general dentistry, with an appetite to grow.
- Someone genuinely interested in settling in the Ballarat region
- Warm with patients and cooperative with the team
