Our Client
Numbers Executive is partnering with a leading international provider of healthcare and infrastructure services, operating across complex, high-growth and mission-critical markets globally. With a strong track record of growth and an expanding international footprint, the organisation is entering its next phase of strategic development. To support this agenda, they are seeking a Corporate Development Manager to work closely with the Head of Corporate Development in identifying, evaluating and executing opportunities across acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships.
The Opportunity
This is a genuine end-to-end corporate development role spanning M&A;, investment evaluation and global partnership origination. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the organisation's growth strategy, with exposure to opportunities from initial origination and commercial assessment through to due diligence, execution and post-transaction integration. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting M&A; transactions from origination through to execution, including target identification, valuation, due diligence and transaction structuring
- Evaluating investment opportunities and partnership models across international healthcare and infrastructure markets
- Building robust financial models and investment cases to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation
- Managing transaction processes end-to-end, including coordination of legal, tax, accounting and commercial advisers
- Preparing high-quality Board, Investment Committee and executive-level materials
- Conducting market, industry and competitor analysis to support transaction activity and broader strategic initiatives
- Partnering with senior leadership on growth strategy and market entry opportunities
- Supporting post-acquisition integration and value creation initiatives
- Managing relationships with advisers, counterparties and strategic partners across multiple jurisdictions
Required Skills & Experience
You’ll likely have ~4-9 years’ experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, transaction services, infrastructure advisory, strategy consulting or corporate development, with a combination of strong analytical capability, commercial judgement and transaction execution experience. Key requirements include:
- Robust financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis capability
- Demonstrated experience supporting or executing transactions and complex strategic initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders across a transaction lifecycle in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Commercial acumen and the confidence to contribute to investment and strategic decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive and Board-level materials
- Experience working across cross-border or multi-jurisdictional transactions highly regarded
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Engineering, Economics or Law; CA, CFA, CPA or other relevant postgraduate qualifications viewed favourably
This is an opportunity to step beyond pure transaction execution into a role with genuine strategic influence — working directly with senior decision-makers on opportunities across international markets within a globally active organisation in critical sectors.
