We are looking for experienced meat processing staff to join our business at Trafalgar on a full-time basis

About you

Ideal applicant will possess the following:

Must Have:

- Previous experience (ideally 2+ years) in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering duties
- Knowledge and understanding of different rotations
- Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
