Experienced Kitchen Chef – Bar Elvina, Avalon Beach

Bar Elvina is looking for an experienced, reliable Kitchen Chef seeking a long-term position within our team.

We are on the hunt for someone confident and independent who can take ownership of the kitchen when the Head Chef is away. You must be comfortable holding the pass, managing service, maintaining quality and consistency, and opening or closing the kitchen without supervision.

You’ll be a outstanding fit if you:

- Have solid experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
- Can confidently run the pass and lead a service independently
- Can open and close the kitchen without supervision
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and portion control
- Are organised, dependable and calm under pressure
- Understand stock management, COGS, food safety and kitchen procedures
- Are looking to commit to a stable, long-term role
- Are available to work evenings and weekends
