Thermawood is seeking a Team Leader to run our Melbourne install crew on retrofit projects across Victoria, focusing on timber sash and heritage windows. This is precision work, not rip-and-replace, with training provided from day one.
You will lead a 1–2 person crew, own the install from van-load to sign-off, maintain quality, and mentor installers as they progress through the Thermawood pathway. Residential work only.
