Care to Inspire is seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team in Orange NSW. We are currently seeking Permanent P/T and Casual staff who are focused on providing a person-centred, high-quality care and support to individuals in shared housing, 1-1 community support and day program. We are seeking staff that are passionate in providing support that promotes independence and dignity and inclusion.

We are looking for people who:

- Have a genuine passion for delivering supports to clients in SIL Housing, 1-1 Community Access and Day Program.
- Have demonstrated and relevant experience in disability, aged care or experience for example in community work, nursing.
- Can work a variety of shift times and display a commitment to continuity of support.
- Are able to communicate professionally and clearly with clients and other stakeholders.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- A valid Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Qualifications in Aged Care or Disability or in the process of obtaining any of these qualifications
- Current and valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check

Experience and Skills

- We are looking for candidates that will bring, passion, experience and skills to the team:




- Experience working in home and community, day program or SIL housing (minimum 12 months).
- Knowledge and experience using technology and mobile apps.
- Skilled in providing support and assistance to clients, that may include help with daily living, attending to house tasks, community access for appointments, social/recreational and personal care
- An ability to write explicit and factual shift notes.
