We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to become the trusted guide for patients considering dental implants and comprehensive treatment.

About the Role

As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey from their initial enquiry through to treatment completion and ongoing care.

Working closely with our dentists and support team, you'll educate patients about their treatment options, coordinate appointments, assist with finance applications, and ensure every patient feels informed, supported and confident throughout their experience.

You’ll play a key role in creating exceptional patient experiences while helping our practice continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage patient enquiries from first contact through to treatment completion
- Coordinate implant and comprehensive treatment consultations
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families
- Present treatment plans and explain procedures in a clear, supportive manner
- Assist patients with finance options and applications
- Coordinate appointments and ensure a seamless patient journey




- Maintain regular communication and follow‑up with patients throughout treatment
- Liaise closely with clinicians to deliver outstanding patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records, reports and lead tracking
- Support appointment book optimisation and patient retention
- Assist with collecting patient testimonials and treatment success stories

About You

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.

You'll bring:

- Previous experience in treatment coordination, dental reception or patient care (preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- A warm, empathetic and professional approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confidence discussing treatment options and financial arrangements
- High attention to detail and excellent administrative skills
- The ability to work collaboratively in a busy, fast‑paced environment
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes

Experience with dental implants or comprehensive treatment planning is highly regarded, but not essential for the right candidate.
