BIM Coordinator - National Design Studio

We're working with one the leading international Landscape Design Studios to find them an experienced BIM Coordinator to be based in their Brisbane team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role within a highly collaborative, design-led environment, supporting the delivery of complex and high-profile projects across multiple regions.

As the BIM Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing and maintaining BIM standards, workflows, and documentation across projects, working closely with project teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality in delivery. You'll be involved in model coordination, troubleshooting, and driving best practice across the studio, while also contributing to the ongoing development of BIM capabilities as the business continues to grow.

Key responsibilities

- Work within an established team to deliver high-end projects
- Good organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and in a teamenvironment
- Show initiative in identifying problems and leading solutions throughout the design and construction process




- Undertake design projects from concept to completion

Skills and experience

- BIM Experience
- Completed qualifications in Landscape and/or Architecture
- A minimum of 4years' experience
- Excellent Revit skills gained through professional practice
- Ideally local Australian standard BCA knowledge and experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong technical abilities
- A positive understanding of documentation packages
- Knowledge and understanding of design, tender and construction processes.
- A 'can-do' and enthusiastic attitude
