As the exclusive Australian distributor of Ezarri Glass Mosaic, we partner with many of Australia's leading pool builders, landscape contractors, retailers and designers to deliver outstanding projects throughout the country.

We're expanding our Queensland team and are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to continue growing one of our most significant markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys building lasting relationships and developing business within the construction and pool industries.

About the Role

Reporting to the QLD State Manager, you'll manage an established territory while identifying new opportunities throughout Queensland.

You'll spend your time meeting customers, developing relationships, uncovering recent projects and providing technical product solutions that help clients deliver exceptional outdoor spaces.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers and taking ownership of their own success.

Key Responsibilities

- Grow existing customer relationships while generating new business
- Develop relationships with pool builders, landscape contractors, retailers, designers and builders




- Conduct regular customer visits across your territory
- Identify new project opportunities and convert them into sales
- Deliver product presentations and technical support
- Manage quotations, opportunities and sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer outcomes
- Achieve and exceed sales targets

About You

You'll bring:

- Strong relationship-building skills
- A proactive and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and planning ability
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM
- The ability to work independently and manage your own territory
- A genuine desire to build long-term customer partnerships
- Experience in glass mosaics or pool tiles
- Experience within construction, building products, pool industry, natural stone, tiles or landscaping will be highly regarded.
