Multiquip Poultryis a national company dedicated to supporting the poultry industry across Australia. Our services cover all aspects of transporting live birds from farms to processing plants, including the transportation of eggs, fully grown birds, feed, and grain.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Advisor to join our Griffith team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our maintenance workshop. This includes service bookings, procurement, supplier liaison, quoting and general workshop coordination.

You will act as a central communication point between our workshop technicians, suppliers, clients and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate quotes for vehicle servicing and repairs
- Manage service scheduling and client communication via phone, email or in person
- Coordinate with suppliers, service technicians and sales representatives to align repair and maintenance timelines
- Raise and review purchase orders and reconcile invoices
- Screen and liaise with parts and maintenance service providers
- Maintain service records and compliance documentation




- Ensure adherence to WHS and Chain of Responsibility legislation
- Immediately report hazards, near misses or incidents
- Assist the Maintenance Manager with various operational tasks

About You

- Prior experience in a Service Advisor or similar administrative/coordinator role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in tracking and documenting maintenance and servicing activities
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Valid C Class Driver Licence

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of the transport or heavy vehicle industry
- Experience with procurement or workshop management systems
