We areseekingan experienced and highly motivated Sales Coordinator to provide dedicated support to ourSalesDepartment. Joining a professional and collaborative team, this roleis responsible formanaging vehicle stock and coordinating the movement of current vehicles to and from external suppliers and customers.
TheSalesCoordinator will oversee the full lifecycle of each order, from the build process through to final delivery to the customer. This includes liaising closely with body builders, externalsuppliersand internal stakeholders to ensure all vehicles are delivered on time, tospecificationand to the highest standard.

KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Source andlocatevehicles from the manufacturer or other dealerships asrequired
- Receive andassistwith the coordination of current vehiclesin tostock
- Coordinate the fitting of bodies and other accessories by internal and external suppliers
- Raise and efficiently process invoices andpurchaseorders
- Process registrations for new vehicles being delivered,complete&affix; bailment sticker to all vehicles
- Ensure compliance with NHVRwith regard topermits,accessand PBS applications
- Coordinate the delivery of vehicles to shows/events
- Inspect vehicles as delivered and complete all customer sales inspection forms
- Ensure detailspertaining tonew vehicles and customers are entered into the system
- Monitor the location of new vehicles at all timesand update delivery schedules accordingly
- Prepare new vehicle delivery paperwork and warranty books for all new vehicles
- Prepare regular andaccuratestock reports for the Sales Manager
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of automotive industry includingpreviousstock control experience and or knowledge of export procedures andlogistics
- Must have a valid Driver’s licence, HR/HC/MC Drivers Licence an advantage
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional presentation
- Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets
