Novotel Devonport, part of the Accor group, is seeking a Commis Chef to join our waterfront hotel kitchen. You will prepare and cook dishes across all service periods, set up your section and ensure mise en place is ready for service.
Maintain high food quality, assist with stock rotation and work closely with senior chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences. We value a trade qualification in Commercial Cookery (or currently undertaking) and solid knowledge of food safety.
