Liberty Community Connect on the Gold Coast is seeking a part time Community Growth & Partnerships Officer. You’ll build meaningful relationships with health professionals, hospitals, GP clinics, and local organisations to connect more older people with Liberty’s support.

Spend time out in the community at events and venues, identifying opportunities, growing referral pathways, and telling Liberty’s story through photos and client experiences.
