We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Resource Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Nucleus Network. This is a part time (3 days per week), fixed term position for 12 months and the successful applicant can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney.

About the role
The Resource Coordinator role is your first step in a career of clinical logistics and operations. You will be responsible for coordinating study assessments and understanding clinical study design at our two Australian units; Melbourne and Brisbane.
Requiring collaboration with our Pharmacy, Laboratory and Medical teams to ensure that activity aligns with functional capacity of our multidisciplinary organization. You will also support our Clinical Nurse Supervisors with the fast‑paced day‑of‑operations activities.
Nucleus Network supports flexible working arrangements and working from home options as appropriate within this role.
Key responsibilities
- Participation in study set up meetings to identify logistical challenges
- Managing clinical unit staff rosters
- Assist with resourcing requirements within the clinical unit, screening, and outpatient departments
- Assist in the design, preparation and/or review of study assigned tasks
Requirements
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team
- Adaptable, shows initiative and has a strong attention to detail
- Solution focused mindset with demonstrated resilience in the face of challenges
- Tertiary qualified in a health or science‑related degree (desirable)
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Dayforce (desirable)
