You'll collaborate with business leaders, SMEs and project teams to ensure new processes, systems and ways of working are successfully adopted across a large and complex organisation.

What you'll be doing

- Lead business readiness activities for a large-scale ERP implementation.
- Review, redesign and document future-state business processes.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and organisational change initiatives.
- Develop process maps, operating procedures,



work instructions and user guides.
- Design and deliver training materials and capability uplift activities.
- Support business process governance, continuous improvement and operational readiness.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to translate operational requirements into practical ERP-enabled solutions.
- Contribute to testing, business validation and successful implementation activities.

What we're looking for

- Demonstrated experience supporting ERP, digital transformation or business improvement programs.
- Strong business process analysis, mapping and process improvement experience.
- Experience developing business documentation, SOPs, work instructions and training materials.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and change management experience.
