Ditters is a small, owner-operated family business with a long history in South Australia and a strong reputation for quality, service and integrity.

THE ROLE

We are looking for the right person rather than a finished product.

While previous leadership and retail experience are significant, we place equal value on character, humility, attention to detail, a willingness to learn and a genuine desire to serve customers and support others.

This role is not about managing a large team. It is about taking responsibility over a store, building meaningful customer relationships, nurturing a well-known brand and helping to grow a small family business.

Our goal is to find the kind of person we would trust to look after the store as though it were their own.





APPLICATION PROCESS

Our application process has two stages. The first stage is a written application, where you will complete a short questionnaire and attach a CV of no more than two pages. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to an in-person second stage, which will include a practical exercise, an interview and reference checks. This process is designed to help us understand not only your experience, but also how you communicate, exercise judgement and approach responsibility in the workplace.
