You’ll report to the Community Manager and manage a team of technicians, while coordinating contractors and ensuring a high standard of presentation and safety.
You’ll oversee preventative programs, budget adherence, and CapEx projects, with a focus on compliant, high-quality residential facilities and positive resident experiences.
