Are you an experienced Practice Nurse looking for a stable, long-term part-time role with a highly respected healthcare organisation?

We are currently recruiting for a permanent part-time Practice Nurse position based in Ivanhoe, VIC, working every Tuesday and Thursday within a modern, well-established clinic backed by one of Australia's largest healthcare organisations, with clinics located nationwide.

The Role

You will be working alongside a friendly team of GPs, Nurses, Allied Health professionals and Reception staff, providing high-quality patient care within a busy General Practice setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

Immunisations and vaccinations

Chronic Disease Management (CDM)





Care Plans and Health Assessments

Wound care and dressings

Assisting with minor procedures

ECGs and spirometry

Infection control and cold chain management

Patient recalls and health education

Use of Best Practice software
