NEXTDC Darwin is seeking an experienced Security Team Leader to oversee security operations at the Darwin Data Centre. You will lead a frontline security team, manage day-to-day activities, and ensure a safe, compliant workplace for customers and staff.

You will act as the primary escalation point for incidents, coordinate rosters with providers, and drive continuous improvement in security processes while upholding high service standards in a fast-growing, customer-focused data centre
