Australian Sports Commission in Canberra seeks an Athlete Identification and Development Lead to shape national talent pathways for Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth athletes. You will drive strategy, collaboration with NSOs and the NSO Performance Pathway Lead, and oversee national TID programs to support medal-winning outcomes.

As a senior leader you will use evidence-based practice, coordinate across NSO and NIN networks, and promote AIS values while delivering impactful performance
