About the role

As Marketing Officer, you'll be the engine room of our marketing team, working closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing to deliver campaigns, content and communications that build our reputation and grow our reach.

You’ll get your hands on everything from EDMs and website updates to social scheduling, event support and reporting, a great role for someone who wants broad marketing experience in a purpose-driven organisation.

What you'll do

Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, social, email and print.

Build and send email campaigns, including copywriting, formatting and performance tracking.

Schedule and monitor social media content, supporting community management across channels.

Update and maintain website content, including landing pages and event listings.





Support the coordination of events, sponsorships and partnership activity.

Maintain marketing collateral, templates and brand assets so materials stay on-brand and consistent.

Assist with reporting on campaign and channel performance using CRM, website and social analytics.

Provide general marketing administration and support to the Head of Brand and Marketing and wider team.

What you’ll bring

Experience in a marketing, communications or digital coordination role.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Confident copywriting and proofreading skills.

Familiarity with social scheduling tools, email marketing platforms and content management systems (e.g. WordPress).

A collaborative, can-do approach and attention to detail.

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field are desirable but not essential.
