Property Investment Manager / Senior Property Investment Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Investment Manager to join our expanding team, working with one of Victoria's leading real estate agencies in the thriving city of Geelong.

As a part of our team, you will be a key player in driving the success of our rental department. Your responsibilities will include:

- Day to day management of your property portfolio
- Daily monitoring rent arrears, maintenance and compliance
- Nurturing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.




- Liaise withrental providersand renters to ensure all properties are being managed in a smooth and productive manner
- Building long lasting client relationships
- Conduct routine inspections
- Negotiate lease renewals and rent increases
- Conduct final inspections and negotiate bond release
- Represent rental providers at VCAT if required

Requirements:

- At least 2 years' experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of Property Me is favourable
- In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate market, legislation and compliance
- A current agents rep certificate
- A valid driver's licence.
