Our continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Support person to work from our Victoria Branch in Port Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will join our team in an internal capacity and duties will include helping to increase sales and assist with the growth of our business. We are looking for an outstanding individual that meets and exceeds our expectations. Previous experience in the electrical industry is not essential as full training on our product range and CRM will be provided.

Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone.

Picking and packing of orders.

Generate sales quotes promptly and accurately.





Manage client relationships by providing responsive customer service and support.

Enter and maintain sales and customer information in the company job system.

Support sales representatives as and when required.

Skills & Experience:

An excellent telephone manner, good relationship skills and a professional demeanour.

Show initiative and forward thinking.

A passion for providing our customers with the best service is paramount.

A generous salary package including superannuation will be offered based on experience and credentials.
