About the Role
We're looking for a Machine Shop Labourer to join our Braeside team from Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm. In this hands-on role, you'll help prepare timber components for our custom staircases, ensuring they're ready for the next stage of production.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Reading plans and cutting lists.
- Selecting and preparing timber materials.
- Laminating components for wood and CNC machinery.
- Ensuring jobs are complete and ready for the next department.
- Keeping work areas clean and secure.
- Assisting with general factory duties as required.
About You
- Labouring experience preferred.
- Timber, building or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
- Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn.
