We take pride in our ability to manage complex, high-value construction projects from tendering through to completion. We have procured a number of projects and are looking to expand our team. We are looking for Project Engineers. Please note that this is an in-person full time role requiring attendance on site
As a Project Engineer, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in the field of civil construction. You will work alongside experienced engineers and construction professionals to oversee and manage site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an exciting opportunity for Project Engineers to grow and develop their careers and make a real impact in the Tier 1 construction industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day site management and supervision of construction activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, senior engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Monitor the progress of construction projects,
ensuring they adhere to timelines, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, including reports, progress updates, and quality control records.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams and contractors.
- Assist with procurement and logistics for construction materials and equipment.
- Participate in project meetings and support the resolution of on-site issues or challenges.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Successful candidate will have experience in Bulk and Detail Excavation, Remediation and Concrete FRP.
- Robust communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Understanding of safety regulations and quality control.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Successfull applicant will have 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
